Supporting small businesses is very important to maintain a healthy local economy on a regular basis. It is even more important during these uncertain times. Schools and businesses are adapting to a “new normal”. We have developed a "new normal" at Maddrey Insurance.
In the beginning of the pandemic our biggest concern was to continue to provide great customer service while keeping our clients and staff safe and healthy. This was done by social distancing and providing curbside service to all of our clients. This provided time for us to design a new plexiglass protective barrier, so our customers could return to our lobby. Keith Oliver, did an awesome job building the protective barrier. Renee also makes certain the counter and door handles are wiped down on a regular basis. Lynn, Julie, and John have been searching for cleaning and other supplies needed to keep everyone well. Working as a team to help maintain a heathy environment in our office is very important to us.
We are always happy to see our clients in our office. We welcome our existing and new clients to stop and visit us anytime. John, Julie, Keith, Lynn, and Renee are willing and able to help you with your insurance needs. We hope and pray that everyone continues to stay healthy and happy.
